just compare PhoneStatusBar$SettingsObserver.smali

search ###add and ###end in the smali compare

add method or change like in compare smali..

do like in PhoneStatusbar.smali

search ###add and ###end in the smali compare

if you not have PhoneStatusBar$SettingsObserver.smali, you can use this smali in the zip ...

and

and if you already having PhoneStatusBar$SettingsObserver.smali just compare my smali ..
